The Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA) has commissioned Ipsos Forward Research to conduct a survey with Ontario farmers. The goal of this research is to understand your satisfaction with OFA and identify the communication needs of OFA members. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and your contribution to this study is important and very much appreciated. All responses are confidential and results will be analyzed at only the highest level.

Once you have fully completed the survey you will be entered into a draw to win one of five iPad 2 tablets as a token of our appreciation. At the end of the survey we will gather your mailing information for the sole purpose of contacting the winners of the iPad 2 tablets; this information will be kept confidential.

Please complete the survey by April 30, 2012 or sooner. The draw for the iPads will be held at 12 noon EST, Tuesday May 1, 2012 in Guelph, ON.
